How to use it

Create one entry. If there are several, the one whose id is default is read, otherwise the first one found. The settings are read when the extension starts, so publish or reload after changing them.

• cooldownSeconds: 0 means one vote per poll, and a vote is final. N above 0 lets the same player vote again N seconds after their last vote. Counts are cumulative: the earlier vote is not withdrawn, the new one is added to the option chosen.
• debug logs each vote accepted or refused, and the migration of old votes, in the console.

While the cooldown runs, the player counts as "already voted" for the Vote Action, the Vote Message and the command.

A vote saved before this setting existed has no date. It is dated at the first contact after the update (the first vote or vote check on that poll), so its cooldown starts then; it is never treated as expired.
